Life Skool Youth Mentoring

About Youth Mentoring

“Leadership is not about titles, positions or flowcharts. It is about one life influencing another.”
— JOHN C. MAXWELL

Are you interested in sponsoring a youth for individual mentoring? If the answer is yes, you are headed in the right direction. We are here to unlock the hidden potential within young men between the ages of 11-19 by providing them with a skill sets to navigate through life. We are excited to walk this journey with you in becoming your personal youth mentoring coach. Individual youth mentoring is not therapy or counseling, which pairs a mental health professional with a client who may be struggling with an illness or disability. Youth Mentoring is also separate from a training relationship, where an educator or trainer agrees to share their physical knowledge or skills with a client for a short period of time. More importantly, youth mentoring helps individuals discover who they are and where they want to be in life. Our curriculum is designed to build a relationship first while giving students a comfortable outlet to create a personalized action plan, in order to set goals, discover purpose, increase community engagement and develop strategies and coping mechanisms to overcome obstacles that may arise along the journey of maturity.

Research have shown that young adults who succeed despite enormous personal, economic or social barriers often do because of a consistent and trusted role model who believe and encourage them. If you are a parent of a young man between the ages of 5-21 and are interested in partnering with us, please fill out the form below and a staff member will contact you via phone or email. We look forward to speaking with you soon and remember “With Vision Comes Commitment.”
